1 御意見等の提出方法

御意見等は、E-mailにてお送りください。

こちらから御連絡する場合もありますので、差し支えなければ、氏名、住所、電話番号、E-mailアドレスを御記入願います。

御意見、御要望は原則として回答いたしませんが、今後の参考とします。

御質問は、原則としてご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛に回答します。なお、回答までに時間を要する場合もございます。また、内容によっては回答いたしかねる場合もありますのであらかじめ御了承ください。

情報の取扱いにつきましては、プライバシーポリシーを御参照ください。

メール本文への画像貼り付け、ホームページやソーシャルネットワークシステムへのリンク貼り付けは避けてください。そうした画像やリンク先貼り付けのため、受信できない場合もございます。

ご質問をお送りいただき２日経っても返信のない場合は、大変お手数ですが当館の主たる業務時間である９時半から午後５時の間に下記までお問い合わせください。

Notification

In the case you need to access the NAMA  materials, you are requested to write down the information as follows. Architecture, project name, purpose of use, deadline if you have. You know the materials in NAMA from here.

When you send an e-mail to NAMA, you are requested to write it by plain text. If you add some advertisement, URL, SNS etc,it might  not be accepted.

Each procecure requires usually two weeks or more in the case you live in Japan. If you contact from overseas, you are requested enough time until you use the materials. Additionally, it is informed NAMA is temporay unusual working system because of COVID-19, respones and procedures will be taken time.
